La Fabbrica, Dubai's first focacceria, combines 2000-year-old Italian traditions with fresh, ethical ingredients to deliver unforgettable culinary experiences. From 72-hour fermented focaccia to authentic tiramisù, every dish honors Italian heritage and craftsmanship.

I consulted on the brand's launch for their Depachika restaurant at Nakheel Mall. My contributions included redesigning their pattern, logo, and menu, as well as revamping their uniforms. To further humanize the brand, I created an illustration of Nonna, adding a personal touch that reflects the warmth and authenticity of La Fabbrica's offerings.
